This is the Texas Ebony bonsai tree. The tree is presented in glazed Oriental bonsai pot. It is a slow grower that will reward you with deep relief texture, small scaled bloom and compact foliage beds. You will get exactly the tree and the pot you see on these pictures. The stand is not included.
We will ship to Canada and Puerto Rico and State of Arizona and Middle East. There will be an additional $75 charge for a Phyto-sanitary certificate for all international shipments and to the State of Arizona. We are Certified under Florida Dept. of Agriculture and US Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division of Plant Industry, Section 581.031 (17) FS under Samurai Gardens LLC # 48019072. We are certified under all applicable Federal or State Cooperative Domestic Plant Quarantines, FL-2128. Burrowing Nematode Certificate will be provided when shipped to citrus producing States
We guarantee that all plants are in excellent condition when packed, and shipped. Obviously, we put our confidence in FedEx as the exclusive shipping method for our plants, and as a whole they have done an outstanding job for us. However, on rare occasions, some plants may experience some of the following during their trip : drooping, minor leaf-loss and/or minimal yellowing/discoloration, minor limb damage, etc. These instances are quite rare, but can happen when shipping plants in boxes. Plants normally recover within a few weeks after planting. We always do our very best to insure that your plants are packed & shipped in the safest, gentlest, and most effective methods possible. We kindly ask that you notify us via e-mail if you see a problem upon receiving your plants, and that you give them a couple weeks to settle in to their new environment. Any shortages, or other issues need to be reported within 48 hrs.
We will not be held liable for losses due to shipment delays, planting outside of recommended hardiness zones, unforeseen acts of nature ( extremes in heat, cold, freezes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc., etc.) or any other circumstances beyond our control. We also will not be responsible, or liable, for damages or losses resulting from shipment delays due to the customer providing an incorrect / invalid shipping address.......so please, please, please proofread your shipping address & info before submitting your order. All we can do on our end is ship your order to the address that you provide on the order form.
In some rare cases, proof of loss / damage may be required before we can proceed with credit or replacement of product purchased. We take extreme pride in our plants - all the way from growing them, to packing & shipping them directly to you. We will NEVER knowingly ship plants which are of questionable health, or not true to type. We want you to be satisfied with your purchasing experience with us, and will do our best to work out any problems ( rare as they may be ) to everyone’s satisfaction. Since plants are a living product, and we obviously have no control over their care & use after leaving our nursery, we will only be responsible for losses or damages that are the result of any fault or wrongdoings of our own.
You will be emailed care instructions, which will touch on just how your newly arrived plants should be handled & cared for. We kindly ask that you please read this information BEFORE beginning care for your new arrivals, and follow the guidelines contained in our emails as possible. As always, you are welcome to contact us at anytime should you have additional questions that you feel were not covered in the care sheets. We highly suggest you contact us via e-mail, as we are generally outside tending to the never ending tasks that are involved with keeping our trees as beautiful & happy as they are . We check our e-mails several times daily, and will be sure to reply in a very timely manner.
We accept most forms of payments. Buyers from the State of Florida will be billed standard Florida sales tax.
If you live in a cold climate, We will include a special 120 hour heat pack with your tree to insure that you will get it alive and warm. However, there are destinations that take longer to deliver. If you don't want your tree to freeze, We will coordinate a desired delivery date that would favor a warmer trend in a weather forecast with you. We take great care in proper shipping techniques and don't cut corners on a shipping material used. In order to avoid unairconditioned or cold shipper’s warehouses, We usually ship our trees on Monday's only. We do not combine shipping as we try to avoid shipping multiple trees in one box. Therefore avoiding any risk of damage. If you would like to have a delivery or signature confirmation or additional care instructions, please request it prior to shipping. In case of damaged pot or a tree which rarely happens, please take pictures of the damage in its original packaging of inside and outside of the box with original packing material and get them out to us ASAP. You will be reimbursed.
